Job Description

We are searching for a creative who can be responsible for developing, implementing and executing photo/video content for our company. Someone who is driven, strives to perform and most importantly value-add to the company. 


Education Requirements

  • Come from a variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, design and other fields
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in the marketing/content creation field



  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department
  • Implement and ideate a marketing strategy
  •  Content and brand asset creation and social media copywriting
  • Review, track and analyse data


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation
  • Develop and create high-quality marketing materials and content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Generate ideas and concepts for visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  •  Produce a variety of content types, including images, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia assets.
  • Source, negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors like printers and packaging suppliers to project manage the final production.
2.  Photography
  •  Capture high-quality images that showcase products, events, and brand aesthetics.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all photographic content.
  •  Edit and enhance photos using image editing software to maintain a cohesive and professional look.
 3. Video Production
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for different social media channels. (Reels, Tiktok videos)
  • Utilise video editing software to create engaging and shareable videos.
  •  Stay updated on video trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance video content.
4.  Social Media Management
  • Strategise, plan, manage and update social media accounts with fresh and relevant content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and user engagement.
  •  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align content with broader marketing strategies.
5. Community Engagement
  •  Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and other interactions to generate leads for sales and data collection.
  • Foster a sense of community by responding to inquiries and building relationships with followers.
6. Analytics and Reporting
  • Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools.
  •  Analyse data to understand audience behaviour and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Present weekly reports on key metrics and insights.
7. Stay Current with Trends
  •  Stay informed about industry trends, social media updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement new features and trends to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and relevant.
8.  Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and communication, to ensure a consistent brand message.


Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a resourceful creative content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing editing, video, and photography skills.
  •  Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation for social media platforms.
